I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city center and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. the location was fantastic, situated in the oldest street with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping malls. Secondly, the prices were very reasonable, ensuring great value for money. Additionally, the staff were attentive and accommodating, taking care of all our needs. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and had all the basic amenities, including a small window with a TV. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast that was included!
All in all, I couldn't fault this hotel.

If you want to visit gaisano, you should stay here. Even the Tagbilaran airport was not so far.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to the shopping area in Colon Street, where we could find supermarkets and malls just a short walk away. The hotel also provided easy access to transportation, making it simple for us to explore the city and visit other attractions. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the doormen who made us feel welcome upon arrival. The dining room staff were also helpful and provided hot water whenever we needed it for our instant noodles and coffee.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The price, the location
The smell of the cleaning products they use for cleaning the room. Some lights were not working properly not possible turn on or of than only by removing the bulb. The shower gives a tiny bit of water even when all valves are maximum open...

I recently had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Cebu that I would highly recommend. the hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the central location in the old city center. The hotel is situated on the oldest street, which adds to its historical charm. Secondly, I was impressed with the attention to detail by the staff. They were quick to address any issues, such as cleaning the walls in my room and ensuring that the restaurant on the third floor was air-conditioned and had a nice ambiance. Finally, the basic amenities in the rooms were exactly what I needed. I was pleased to find a TV in the room, along with a small window providing natural light. In addition, the breakfast offered was satisfactory, with a variety of options available.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

It is true that the area was really accessible to everything especially the rides if you are only commuting from one place to other..Food is juat around the corner and everything you need is available in the Colonade supermarket..try this hotel if your the type of person who is not so meticulous about rooms..oh, about the wifi thing, our room is not accessible to wifi..we need to go to the cafe marcelino area to have a connection..but for my rate of this hotel is 8.5..

Spent a short stay at a hotel in Cebu for a business trip. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed and a functioning air-conditioner. It had a great location, with easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, and restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly staff who provided a warm welcome upon arrival.
The noise from outside could be heard inside the room, which at times could be disturbing. the bathroom needed a little bit of improvement, specifically the water pressure in the shower and drainage for the sink.

Very good location, good room, helpful staff, plenty of foodcourts and shopping area in front of the hotel, good massage in same building.
Room is better than you would expect by looking at building and dull corridors.

I like the services offered and the kindness and generosity of the staff.
I like the room, the only thing is... the room needs a cabinet and a small table and chair so that the guest can use it for some reasons.
